NEW THUNDERCATS TEASER

It's not what I would want in a new Thundercats show (nor was the original), but it seems to be what the kids today like. Sorry, but THEY'RE the intended audience, not us old 30/40-Something fanboys. I'll check it out, but still wish it had gone in a different creative direction. I think the kids today deserve better.

I want to enjoy this because of my love for the original as a child. I just don't know as of yet, if I will. My sons, on the other hand, will be all over this!

My childhood obsession with Cheetarah has been rekindled

LOL@ crookymike. always loved her as well.

cartooning seemed to reach its' peak right before Anime and has done nothing but been a steady decline because of Anime. that influence is the primary reason why The Clone Wars SUCKS. that technology would've been great, has great moments, but the Animesuck drags it down.

...which looks to be the story w/ this one... parts of it look fantastic, other parts seem to be a lame repetition (which is all of Anime).

LOVE the old-school stuff, as we all do, and have hopes, but we'll just have to see.

the Anime Transformers sure did TANK, don't know much about how the new one is or how it's doing.

in short: the kids today do, in fact, deserve better.

This would have been AWESOME....20 years ago. yea, just the look, feel, everything,..nothing new,..nothing creative,..just same ole' anime' cliche BS......

Well looks like another craptacular anime abortion. While the plot could be something worth while, the "animation" ensures that (despite fond childhood memories) this will most certainly be something I will pass by. Shouldn't be hard to find anything better to watch in it's place.

Don't confuse anime with half-assed American 'anime' light. I've loved anime since the early 90's and love all the kids cartoons from the 80's but this stuff isn't really either of those. Real anime is awesome, this phony stuff is crap.

Yes, saying "all anime sucks" is like saying "all American movies" suck. There is good and bad within any genre and medium.
