A Floridian doctor disgraced the image of CAPTAIN AMERICA by being arrested in costume, with a burrito in his pants, on charges of battery, disorderly conduct, drug possession and trying to destroy evidence. Marvel Comics: stealing our language
There's an interesting post over at Boing Boing conscerning Marvel and DC comics jointly filing a trademark on the word "super-hero." The author's "underwear perverts" solution is novel.
